How we handle information.
Scope
This policy describes how 21CQ2 LLC handles information received through this website and through professional engagements. The policy applies to information about prospective clients, active clients, and visitors to this site. Information handled under a specific client engagement agreement is governed by that agreement first; this policy describes the baseline.
What we collect
From this website: the email address you provide when contacting us, along with whatever information you choose to include in your message. We do not use analytics services, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this site. If you schedule a call, the name, email address, and any scheduling details you enter are handled by our third-party scheduling provider under its own privacy terms; we receive only what you submit to book the meeting.
From prospective clients: contact information, basic information about your organization, and information you share to help us evaluate whether an engagement would be appropriate.
From active clients: information shared during discovery and pilot engagements, including sample documents you provide, descriptions of your workflows, and any data shared to validate technical feasibility. This handling is governed by the engagement agreement, which may specify additional protections.
What we do with it
We use the information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential engagements, deliver consulting services, and maintain communication about work in progress. We do not sell information to third parties. We do not share information with parties outside the engagement except where required by law.
Where information lives
Our consulting practice is built around local deployment of AI systems on hardware that clients own or that we operate on their behalf. Client data is processed on that hardware and does not transit to cloud AI services. During discovery we may review representative documents you provide in order to assess fit and configure the system; this review takes place on-premises or on hardware dedicated to your engagement; the documents are not transmitted to any third party; and each file is logged on intake and securely erased when the assessment closes.
Email correspondence is handled through standard business email providers. Sensitive material is not requested over email; secure transfer methods are used when needed.
Retention
General inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to twelve months and then deleted. Information related to active engagements is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward, as specified in the engagement agreement, then deleted. Client documents and client data are not retained to improve our services; any methodology improvements that arise from an engagement are kept only as abstract, non-identifying technical learnings.
Insurance
21CQ2 LLC carries cyber liability and professional liability (errors and omissions) coverage, including an endorsement addressing artificial-intelligence and technology professional services. On request, a client may be named as an additional insured on the policy, and a certificate of insurance and coverage details are provided.
Your rights
You may request to see what information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion. Contact info@21cq2.com with the request. We will respond within thirty days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the revision date below will be updated and prior versions will be available on request.

Governing law and notification
This policy and any engagement with 21CQ2 LLC are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify affected parties without undue delay and comply with applicable breach-notification law.
